3.Lender licensing
Each lender in the FundLine network holds its own licenses for the products it offers. The lender’s licensing information appears on its offer disclosure and loan agreement.
4.State-specific disclosures
Where a state requires a commercial financing disclosure, the lender or FundLine provides it before you accept an offer. The disclosure shows the total amount financed, finance charge, annual percentage rate, payment schedule and prepayment terms in the format the state prescribes.
